Do the winners of this weekend's wildcard games play each other?

For example, if San diego wins their game, and the Colts win their game, who do they play next?

Thanks for your response.

they re-seed after each round so the highest seed plays the lowest seed and the 2 middle seeds play each other

in the afc:

if the colts win - they play ne
if denver wins - they play pitt

the winner of sd/nyj will play pitt unless denver beats the colts - and in that case - we see denver would play pitt - and then the sd/nyj winner would play ne

in the nfc:

if gb wins - they will play atlanta
if minny wins - they play philly

the winner of seat/rams will play philly unless the vikings beat the packers - and in that case - we see minny plays philly - and then the seat/rams winner would play atlanta
